Deletion or Return of Personal Data

Upon termination of Your Account, Hawky.ai may delete all Customer Data, including Personal Data. Customers can request to get all the information deleted from the platform by sending an email to support@hawky.ai.

GOOGLE API DISCLOSURE

Hawky.ai has developed a functionality that allows its customers to login to our platform by connecting Gmail account using OAuth with our products. Hawky.ai's use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirement.

Changes and amendments

We reserve the right to modify this Policy or its terms relating to the Website and Services from time to time at our discretion and will notify you of any material changes to the way in which we treat Personal Information.
